Seriously people with so much pollution and hormones in the food like chicken, and pesticides on the vegetables and preservatives in almost anything especially snacks , we really should clean out regularly. Too mush salt in outside food, msg harmful and too much sugar in almost anything. Sugar in everything just in different forms. I agree detox once in a while.

DeleteHey , can you detox too much? I heard some people say that those cleansing regime could rid your body of even vital nutrients. It have some detox teas out there that give you stomach cramps and even the 'runnings', what do you have to say about this. Could it be dangerous?
ReplyDeleteYou should always be cognizant of the fact that while detoxing cleanses the body of unwanted waste and chemical, not as much nutrients are induced. Excessive bathroom visits can quickly dehydrate your body, along with good bacteria leaving your system which should remain in the stomach. A word to the wise is sufficient, monitor all detox programs.
