How To Perform This Exercise:
This is a regular squat with zero exercise equipment. There are no dumbbells, barbells, or kettlebells involved. Stand straight with feet hip-width apart slightly pointed out, squat down to the point where your knees are at a 90-degree angle. Maintain the weight through your heels as you push yourself back up to starting position. Remember to keep a flat back throughout the exercise.
2. PLIE SQUATS

Plie squat is similar to body weight squat with the exception that your feet are wider apart and there are weights involved.This exercise has several benefits, it targets the inner thighs, the quadriceps, and the glutes. Performing plie squats will increase strength to your lower body. Plie squats can give you legs that are lean, thin and sexy. It is for this reason, plie squats are most popular with women than with men.
3 JUMP SQUATS
How To Perform This Exercise:
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms hanging at your sides. Squat down until your knees are bent to about 90 degrees.
[A]. Immediately swing your arms overhead and jump upward as high as you can
[B]. As you land, gently bend your knees and sink down into the squat position. That's 1 rep. Complete 5 - 10.

Squatting was and still is something that I like. I have stop for no apparent reason I guess is laziness but after reading these articles I'm motivated to start again. This is Julz.
ReplyDeleteLadies seriously I know some women who swear that if its any exercise you must do is squats. I understand it eventually sculpts the legs and gives your butt a good lift. Got to get in my squats consistently because gravity starting to mess with my bod. Thanks for the helpful info.
ReplyDeleteWhat I like about squatting is no equipment is necessary. You can perform them at home while watching television or even in the work office. Its a fairly simple exercise but very effective!

ReplyDeleteJump Squats are a killer for those quads!! I always do like 50 jump squats to warm up before I squat with weight!! Great info!
ReplyDeleteI think squatting is the one single exercise a woman should perform , it helps you develop great quads and is superb for achieving a firmer butt. Its like a natural butt lift. Love these exercises.
