DeleteYess.. love these tips! It's very effective to switch up workouts.. do weight lifting, do spin, try zumba, HITT workouts! It's necessary to mix it up to really test and strengthen your endurance or fitness levels!

ReplyDeleteCircuit training is God-sent , do two 15 mins circuit in a gym and that's it , quick in and out , after that your metabolism will be revving for hours. I really prefer this especially if you have limited time to squeeze in.
