Body Transformation , by any means necessary???

Body Perfection or Body Disfigurement?

Ladies, how far will you go to get the PERFECT
BODY?
Perfect is a relative term , perfect in your own eyes, cultural or ethnicity norms, or the often distorted Hollywood image, whatever your idea of the perfect body, many will take extreme measures to change it.

As someone once said:
" Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder!"

Whatever your standard of beauty , women today feel pressured more now than ever to 'get that perfect bod- huge or ample boobs, big round butts, tiny waistline, flat-toned abs'.

Click and listen to practical ways to get that Hour glass look.

Changes to the facial structure is another story which I won't delve into in this post.

     PLASTIC SURGERY -the quickest solution!

Both women and men today want the 'quick fix'.

There is the one group who choose to train and exercise and work hard at it, still in the end the results may not be their ideal. After that they may resort to plastic surgery.

OK, I admit there isn't much that a woman can do after having a couple kids and her boobs become deflated and saggy.

Or on her weight loss journey, excess weight loss can create the saggy look.

However, Organic facts suggests to women what they can do to help the situation.

In that case , if exercise do not remedy her situation to her satisfaction and it is affecting her self-esteem , then.... by all means she can choose to go under the knife if she can afford it.

Then there is the other group, that is just plain lazy, don't have the time, have or don't have the money to take the easy route to fix their 'flaws'.

Going under the knife................

Is it worth it in the end ?

Time.....
             Money-$$$....
                                    Pain & Bruising.....
                                                                   Risk....

  4. It's really sad when we judge our beauty by what comments people make about us or behind our backs which eventually we hear through the grape vine. Boy her lips big eh , but in Hollywood it ok to plump up the lips by artificial means . Trinidad women noted for their natural curves and with our cosmopolitan mix we really I think have some of the most beautiful women in the world. Problem is " I'm a Trini and my standard of beauty may be different.
We are bombarded by Hollywood images daily and this influences our perception of beauty either consciously or subconsciously.
Bottom line: I agree with the saying -Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder-
Women I urge you to embrace and love yourself and the body God blessed you with.

  5. LOVE YOUR BODY, NOURISH IT WELL DAILY, GET SOME EXERCISE AT LEAST

  6. I KNOW IT TOUGH FOR SOME PEOPLE TO ACCEPT THEIR BODIES, THAT IS SO SAD. I FEEL YOU SHOULD TRY TO IMPROVE YOUR PHYSICAL BODY THROUGH EXERCISE AND EATING WELL.. AVOID SURGERY YOU COULD LOSE YOUR LIFE IN THE PROCESS. NOT TOO LONG AGO A WOMAN IN TRINIDAD WENT TO DO A TUMMY TUCK AND WITHIN ONE MONTH UNFORTUNATELY SHE DIED FROM COMPLICATIONS. LADIES IT NOT WORTH IT. EXERCISE INSTEAD ..

  8. The Bible tells us that we are fearfully and wonderfully made and that we are the temple of the Holy Spirit! So we need to take good care of ourselves by eating right and exercising . When we could embrace who we were made to be there would be no need for surgical alterations! Good reading !
